I started Amy's Pantry in October 2021 after making various birthday cakes for my friends and family, and them being a hit. This is when I first found my passion for making larger cakes and putting my creative mind to work.

My passion for baking all started when I met a friend with a severe peanut allergy. He is unable to buy most baked goods from shops. I couldn't let him go through life without trying all the good sweet treats the world has to offer, so I decided to learn how to make them myself for him. That has now blossomed into Amy's Pantry!

I thoroughly enjoy creating weddings cakes, as being a small part of a couple's special day is extremely meaningful, and I love making their ideas come to life.
